Perez Industries began in the aluminum industry, where founder Baldemar Perez got his start and learned all the skills of the trade. After learning and growing as a contractor for many years, Baldemar decided to strike out on his own in June of 1999. He founded Perez Industries to answer the call for general contractors with a focus on supreme quality aluminum work and creating dazzling home exteriors for Florida homeowners.
